Welcome to Prestige Cleaning Services. By booking our domestic or commercial cleaning services, or by using our website https://prestige-cleaningservices.co.uk/, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Prestige Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Our services include:
Regular Domestic Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Commercial & Office Cleaning
After-Builders Cleaning
2. Quotes & Bookings
All estimates provided online, by phone, or email are based on initial information provided by the client.
We reserve the right to revise quotes on-site if property size, layout, or cleanliness levels differ significantly from the description provided.
For Deep Cleans and End of Tenancy cleans, properties must have active electricity and running water available for our cleaning team.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed upon booking.
Payments for regular domestic services are due on or before the day of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments for end-of-tenancy or commercial cleans are due upon invoice or as specified in your agreement.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
48 Hours’ Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge with at least 48 hours’ advance notice.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24–48 hours of scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-Day Cancellation / No Access: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to grant access to the property at the scheduled time, will be charged at full rate.
5. Liability & Satisfaction Guarantee
All cleaners are fully vetted and insured.
Accidental damage or breakage must be reported to Prestige Cleaning Services within 24 hours of service completion.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a clean, please notify us within 24 hours and our team will return to re-clean the area free of charge.
